Our services

This website shares information about our photography, videography, social media, website design and branding services. Booked projects are governed by a separate written agreement. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are custom and based on the details you provide. A date or project isn't reserved until the agreement is signed and any required deposit or upfront payment is received. Pricing, deliverables, timelines, cancellations and refunds are set out in your agreement.

Intellectual property

All photos, videos, graphics, text and other content on this site are owned by Sureshot Studios LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, download, reproduce, edit or use any of it without our written permission.

For client projects, usage rights are described in your agreement. In general, clients may use their final images and videos on their own website, social media, email and in-store marketing. Paid advertising, third-party or partner use, resale or major print campaigns may require an additional license.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape content, or submit false or harmful information through our forms.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that the site will always be complete, error-free or available.

Limitation of liability
